眾所周知，最近DRAM嚴重短缺，內存價格暴漲，這個情況也影響到了顯卡市場，GDDR7顯存也出現了不足的情況。據悉，英偉達可能因為顯存不足的問題取消50系顯卡的super系列。
此外，由於2GB的GDDR7顯存價格在不斷上漲，預計目前的RTX50系顯卡也會漲價。

對此，有博主認為，從目前的DRAM價格趨勢來看，通過RTX50Super系列向消費級市場提供大顯存產品似乎是一個不理智的商業決策。
目前英偉達只給最賺錢的RTX5090筆記本和RTX Pro 6000使用單片3GB的GDDR7顯存，這兩個產品的利潤率比主流消費級產品高得多，這也是50系顯卡缺少供應的一大原因。

不過也有一些媒體認為，雖然內存漲價，但是英偉達對顯卡市場充滿資訊，為了賺錢並不一定會取消super系列。
