最近圍繞《羊蹄戰鬼》女主的爭議還在發酵，推主@Grummz號召粉絲抵制這款遊戲，「如果你不傳遞一個資訊，這種爛事就會一直發生。」
@Grummz發推說：「《羊蹄戰鬼》遊戲本身可能還不錯，但根本沒有理由選出這麼一個主角來，除非是為了宣傳他們的意識形態。
僅憑這個原因，無論遊戲有多好，我都不會購買。如果你不傳遞一個資訊，這種爛事就會一直發生。」
在推文下方，Grummz還po出了一張圖片，上面寫著「女權們渴望醜化一切」。

Grummz批評，當代的歐美遊戲試圖通過在流行文化（如影片遊戲）中推廣非傳統美學或性別平等理念，來挑戰傳統審美觀。
其他用戶也表達了類似的不滿，稱這些角色為「four horsefaces of the apocalypse」（臭臉四騎士）或「ugly AF」（極度醜陋），並將此與「woke」或「virtue-signaling」（道德展示）掛鉤。
也有玩家質疑，為什麼不讓女主的臉模僅僅是一個幕後配音呢?非得擺上檯面，這不是嚇唬人嗎?
