據外媒GamesRadar報道，R星最近宣布將為GTA RP（角色扮演）伺服器運營團隊nopixel提供官方支持。
nopixel是《俠盜獵車手5(Grand Theft Auto V)》當中規模最大的RP多人伺服器之一，其官方論壇有著超過54.4萬名成員，玩家們可以在此開啟一段虛擬人生，既可以扮演普通市民或者警察、醫生等公職人員，也可以蒙上面巾化身幫派成員。

nopixel團隊表示：nopixel V是《俠盜獵車手5》RP體驗的下一階段進化，由（我們和）Rockstar Games協作打造。它即將登陸Rockstar Games啟動器以及其他PC平台——更多資訊請關注nopixel.net。」

Rockstar官方隨後轉發了這條公告，並補充說：「我們很高興支持nopixel團隊，他們正在創造GTA RP的未來。」
不過可惜的是，Rockstar的口風還是一如既往的嚴密，並沒有透露更多具體的資訊。至於這是否會影響到未來《GTA6》的多人線上模式，還有待觀察。
