今年的東京電玩展將於2025年9月25日至28日在日本幕張展覽館舉辦，主題為"無限無盡的遊樂場"。作為重要參展商之一，卡普空將在活動首日舉行線上特別活動，而生化9的新預告可能在隨後的State of Play上發布，或者在9月28日與PlayStation攜手舉辦的Play! Play! Play! TGS 2025特別舞台上發布。
《惡靈古堡9》定於2026年2月27日登陸Xbox Series X/S、PS5、PC和任天堂Switch 2平台。
