近日，一名消費者在亞馬遜平台購物時遭遇離譜的連續出貨失誤，兩次高價訂購AMD銳龍高端處理器，收貨後卻全部拿到英特爾入門級酷睿i3處理器，離譜失誤引發網友熱議。
A customer ordered a Ryzen 7 9850X3D from Amazon, but when the package arrived, there was an Intel Core i3 inside. He returned it and ordered the Ryzen again, assuming the first delivery was just a mistake. It happened again. The second Ryzen order also contained an Intel Core i3. The buyer had already taken his PC apart to install the new CPU, motherboard and AIO, so the second mix-up was especially frustrating. 據了解，該消費者首次在亞馬遜下單銳龍7 9850X3D高端處理器，開箱後發現貨不對板，包裹內竟是英特爾酷睿i3低端CPU。他起初認為只是偶然的倉儲分揀失誤，於是退回錯發商品後再次同款下單，希望順利拿到對應配件。
令人意外的是，第二次出貨再次出現完全相同的錯誤。彼時消費者早已提前拆解電腦，備好全新主機板、一體式水冷散熱器，準備升級主機，兩次烏龍出貨徹底打亂其裝機計劃。據悉，這兩筆處理器訂單總價約1600美元，接連的出貨失誤讓消費者倍感無奈和氣憤，目前平台尚未針對此次重複出錯作出官方回應。
