在今年3月舉辦的《Minecraft》Minecraft Live 2025活動中，官方震撼公布了玩家期待已久的新生物"樂魂"（Happy Ghast）——遊戲中首個飛行坐騎！它能帶著玩家翱翔天際，成為生存模式下建造的最佳夥伴！今日（18日），《Minecraft》"追逐天空"（Chase the Skies）更新正式上線！
更新後，玩家可以在地獄中找到"乾癟惡魂"，讓其浸泡在水中約20分鐘，就會轉化成"小惡魂"，最終成長為"樂魂"。新版本還首次允許玩家自行製作道具"鞍"，同時新增裝備"帽鞍"以及地獄幽靈掉落的新唱片"Tears"。

除了坐騎、物品和合成表的更新外，系統部分也加入了預告數月的"玩家定位條"（Locator Bar）功能。開啟後，新增的UI會顯示在物品快捷欄上方，讓玩家能輕鬆追蹤隊友位置，無需再通過坐標來確認彼此方向。
