據作者統計，PS VR2平台在2026年4月的新作數量為5款，遊戲總數則達到365款。
根據PlayStation Blog最新發布的下載榜單，當月美/加拿大服和歐服的榜首都是老牌佳作《星際大戰 銀河邊緣傳說》，美/加拿大服的第二名和第三名分別為《Beat Saber》和《Among Us 3D：VR》，歐服的第二名和第三名分別為《地鐵：覺醒》和《工作模擬器》；日服的榜首為《地平線 山之呼喚》；日服的第二名和第三名分別為《Beat Saber》和《Alien: Rogue Incursion VR》。
值得注意的是，4月下載榜單迎來了新面孔《小小夢魘VR》。
由萬代南夢宮與開發商Iconik Studio推出的《小小夢魘VR：Altered Echoes》自2025年首次宣發以來一直備受關注，該作於2026年4月24日正式發售並登陸PS VR2、SteamVR及Meta Quest平台。而《小小夢魘》系列本身憑藉黑暗童話風格在解謎冒險遊戲中脫穎而出，全球累計銷量已突破2000萬份。VR新作同樣備受關注，在上線PS VR2一周後便登上了下載榜單的前十名。
