8月15日今天， Bethesda 發布最新日誌報告，表示《異塵餘生4》新補丁即將於8月18日上線，同時宣稱《上古卷軸5》更新開發中，敬請期待。
Bethesda 表示，本次的《異塵餘生4》新補丁主要圍繞Creations創作玩法的改動展開，官方勸告玩家為了預防不測，建議玩家更新前先進入遊戲手動保存遊戲數據和MOD程序。
另外 Bethesda 還表示《上古卷軸5：無界天際》的最新更新已經進入開發終局階段，具體資訊近期公布，敬請期待。
On Tuesday, August 18th, a patch will be coming to Fallout 4 focusing on general Creations improvements. As a precaution, prior to these updates we encourage players to log into your game save if you haven’t done so in a while or manually save your load order. Once your load order is saved, you’ll be able to re-download your entire Creations list at once when the update is live. Additionally, we are also working on a Skyrim update with details to come soon.
