劇情設定在近未來，太陽系陷入三方混戰。後人類聯盟已將意識上傳至虛擬世界，憑藉先進機械構造體擴張勢力;AI底層由失控人工智慧Haalee及其子嗣構成，為守護自身存續不惜發動戰爭;夾在中間的聯合地球部隊則試圖奪回地球與太陽系關鍵據點。
