Oh no!! I'm sorry that happened, I'd definitely recommend either getting the @assassinscreed account's attention or sending over a support ticket with Ubisoft and/or Amazon. Definitely be persistent and I am lucky because I was previously featured by AC so I have a chat to them directly.
