此前報道，推主@EndymionYT爆料稱，CDPR工作室因人才流失，並招募DEI人士實施多元化舉措而陷入困境。
對此，CDPR聯合首席執行官Michał Nowakowski回應稱EndymionYT的爆料是無稽之談和陰謀論，他強調公司只根據應聘者的能力和才華進行招聘。Nowakowski發表回應後，社區開始將矛頭指向爆料源EndymionYT，不少媒體也表示他是在毫無根據地胡說。
面對質疑，EndymionYT以強硬的態度進行了回擊，其指出CDPR曾開設過一個倡導「多樣性&包容性」的專題網站，這些計劃明確表明了公司致力於聘用多元化的員工，爆料人稱這與CEO說的「僅根據優點和才能來招聘員工」的說法自相矛盾。
EndymionYT發文稱「這些『覺醒』媒體錯誤地報道了我的事情，我要公開譴責你們。我很快就會發布新的內容來進行回擊，揭穿他們。」
