Arion Kurtaj在年紀很小的時候就加入英國Lapsus$黑客組織，17歲時就成功入侵Nvidia、Uber等多家大型企業，給這些公司造成了不小的影響。
他第一次被警方抓獲後，所有電子設備都被沒收，隨後被安排在酒店接受嚴格保釋監管，房間裡只有電視和Fire Stick電視棒可用。
誰也沒有想到，他僅用這台簡單設備就再次實施入侵。
他成功侵入Rockstar內部系統，泄露了90段GTA6早期開發影片，還威脅公開遊戲源代碼，給公司帶來數百萬美元的經濟損失。
他很快再次被捕，面對審訊，他明確表示出獄後還會繼續做同樣的事。
法院結合他的精神狀況與行為風險，最終判處他在醫院監獄無限期住院監護。
那裡原本配有社區活動、釣魚、烹飪、購物等生活項目，也可以申請相關就業福利。之後他被轉至普通監獄，生活條件明顯變差。
近期博主GTAVI_Countdown表示有消息顯示，他通過無人機將手機走私入獄，並且在獄中發布自拍與相關資訊，暗示GTA6源代碼仍在可接觸範圍內。這一連串行為讓他被不少網友稱為現代最瘋狂的黑客之一。
