開放世界動作遊戲《鳴潮》社區近日發生一起二創畫師遭惡意舉報事件，有人假冒官方名義發送「版權警告」，導致相關作品被下架。隨後開發商庫洛遊戲（KURO GAMES）發布公告回應，稱此事系有心人士惡意冒名，並表示將採取法律行動。

事件發生後，不少玩家擔憂官方開始收緊二創規範。但隨後遭舉報的畫師反映，收到的警告信不僅發件地址為普通Outlook郵箱，連信件中的公司名稱也錯誤百出，基本證實是有心人士因個人喜好差異，惡意冒用官方名義對創作者進行攻擊。此次事件起因於部分創作《鳴潮》百合向同人圖的海外畫師，其作品在X平台因收到版權警告而被強制移除。
針對這起冒名風波，庫洛遊戲迅速在官方X賬號發布聲明澄清，強調官方從未針對二創作品進行舉報，也未授權任何第三方機構執行相關下架行動。為保護所有創作者權益，庫洛遊戲表示已開始收集相關證據，並提交給X平台方要求核實舉報來源，以防止類似濫用版權機制的事件再次發生。同時，官方強烈譴責冒用其名義的行為，承諾將採取進一步的法律維權措施。
