GOG與Atari於11月26日聯合宣布，生存恐怖遊戲《極度深寒(Cold Fear)》與生存冒險遊戲《我還活著(I Am Alive)》的PC版已正式登陸GOG。兩款遊戲的售價均為14.99美元，而在12月2日前購買可享受20%的折扣，優惠價為11.99美元。
這兩款作品曾是育碧(Ubisoft)旗下的知名IP，今年8月由Atari正式收購版權。值得注意的是，隨著此次GOG版本的上架，育碧已將這兩款遊戲從Steam平台下架。此次復刻版並非簡單的重新上架，而是Atari與GOG深度合作，針對現代PC環境進行了全面優化後的成果。
GOG技術加持：全面適配現代硬體
此次在GOG發布的版本，重點解決了老遊戲在現代系統上的兼容性問題。
2005年由Darkworks開發的《Cold Fear》，在本次GOG復刻版中實現了對Windows 11/10作業系統的完美支持。GOG版本不僅支持最高4K解析度及16:9寬屏顯示，還新增了對DualSense、Xbox手柄及Switch Pro手柄等現代控制器的支持，同時加入了雲存檔功能並修復了若干歷史遺留Bug。
而2012年發售的《I Am Alive》，同樣在GOG的技術支持下煥然一新。除了適配Windows 11/10及現代手柄外，GOG版本還特別增加了對高刷新率顯示器的支持，並整合了在線成就系統與雲存檔功能，顯著提升了現代玩家的遊戲體驗。
GOG保存計劃：守護數字遊戲遺產
此次發行的背景，源於Atari在今年8月從育碧手中購得包括上述兩作及《伊甸園之子(Child of Eden)》、《成長家園(Grow Home)》、《成長家園2(Grow Up)》在內的多款遊戲版權。Atari當時便承諾將致力於復活這些經典作品，而GOG成為了實現這一目標的關鍵合作夥伴。

That’s not even the end of it. Alongside Cold Fear and I Am Alive, multiple other titles are joining the Program today, including the gaming icon Rayman 2: The Great Escape. We put a lot of effort into making it the very best version of the game available anywhere.
