根據《真人快打1》聯合創作者兼遊戲總監Ed Boon透露，《真人快打1》遊戲銷量現已超過500萬份，該作最初於2023年9月推出，上一次更新銷量資訊是在2024年8月，當時的數據為400萬份，也就是說不到半年的時間該作又售出了100萬份。
《真人快打1》目前已登陸PS5、Xbox Series X|S、PC和Switch。
