彭博社22日報道，加拿大人工智慧（AI）創業公司企業Cohere Inc. 的D輪融資以55億美元估值募得5億美元，成為全球最有價值AI企業之一，新金主包括思科（Cisco Systems Inc.）、超微（AMD）旗下創投AMD Ventures及加拿大出口發展局（EDC）。
知情人士透露，截至3月底Cohere年化營收為3,500萬美元，遠高於2023年底的1,300萬美元。

Cohere年初約有250名員工，今年計劃倍增人力。聚焦開發定製化企業用大型語言模型（LLM）的Cohere以OpenAI等競爭對手為假想敵，春天推出Command R 新模型，支持英語、西班牙語、華語等十種語言。Cohere共同創辦人Nick Frosst表示，通用人工智慧（AGI）並非Cohere的追求目標。
英國金融時報22日報道，Cohere發言人Josh Gartner表示，資金將開發新模型及擴張算力與人力。
