話說很多時候冰冷的制度損害了多少消費者的合法利益,近期一位微軟25年賬號老用戶發文抗議,稱自己賬號近期被黑,導致數據丟失,包括積累多年的個人資料、達到數千歐元的遊戲庫存等等,求助官方無果反而因為該號曾經非法登陸被永封,迅速引發熱議,輿論大潮果然管用,微軟官方回應了。

玩家求助官方,但是回應就是該賬號後台數據非法登陸,因此無法恢復數據而且被永封,任憑玩家多次申訴是被黑導致並非本人自願操作,但是一如其他類似案例,收到的只是標準的官方言辭,根本沒「活人」回應。

好在言論發酵後,終於驚動了「活人」,微軟支持服務部親自回應表示致歉,將儘快啟動恢復工作。
問題來了,實際上有數百例類似遭遇的用戶仍然沒有獲得修正補償,也有不少玩家指責微軟不是不能修正問題,而是沒有輿論抨擊就選擇無視不作為。

The problem is there are hundreds of others that this has happened to. You shouldn't need to go viral to save your Microsoft Account (or any account) from hacking. I've written to regulators in Europe to find out what rights people might have with regards to this.
