《沉默之丘：Townfall》作為《沉默之丘》系列的新作正統續篇，在2026年2月13日舉辦的索尼State of Play活動中首次公開。該作由Screen Burn工作室（前身為No Code工作室）擔綱開發，科樂美與Annapurna Interactive共同負責發行。遊戲基於虛幻引擎5製作，致力於重塑系列標誌性的心理恐怖風格，力求回歸本源。
