曾參與《魔獸世界》和《英雄聯盟》開發的資深製作人Greg 「Ghostcrawler」 Street近日宣布，他所領導的工作室Fantastic Pixel Castle即將不再隸屬於網易遊戲旗下的第一方工作室。如果工作室無法在短期內為正在開發的奇幻MMORPG新作《Ghost》找到發行商，該工作室可能將被迫關閉。
Street在社交媒體上表示：「我想與大家分享消息，Fantastic Pixel Castle作為網易遊戲旗下第一方工作室的時間即將結束。網易在幫助我們尋找新的發行商方面給予了極大支持，但在當前的市場環境下，幾乎沒有任何遊戲能輕易達成發行協議，更不用說像MMORPG這樣規模龐大的項目。」
他補充道：「我們正在盡一切努力尋找發行商或投資者。同時，我們也鼓勵團隊成員積極探索新的職業機會，並在這個充滿不確定性的階段為他們提供支持。如果我們無法儘快找到發行商，現實情況是整個工作室，包括管理層在內，都可能受到影響。」

NetEase Games has been very gracious and supportive of looking for another publisher for our game. However, in the current market environment very few deals are getting made for any game, let alone something on the scale of an MMORPG.
