《天外世界2》於昨日正式發售，所有未購買搶先版的玩家終於能體驗這款遊戲。這包括海量Xbox Series X/S與PC平台的Game Pass訂閱用戶。但存在一個問題：突如其來的微軟Azure服務中斷引發故障，使得又一波網際網路服務遭遇意外癱瘓。
「自世界標準時間16:00起，我們開始遭遇Azure前端服務問題，導致部分服務可用性中斷，」微軟於周三發布聲明稱，「此外，用戶可能遇到訪問Azure門戶網站異常的情況。」微軟目前將此次故障歸因於「配置變更錯誤」。
受影響用戶包括Xbox及其第一方遊戲工作室，這些工作室依賴Azure系統在主機與PC平台進行遊戲數字分發。

「由於持續中的Azure服務中斷，Xbox Series X|S、PC版Xbox應用、Xbox Game Pass Ultimate及PC Game Pass用戶可能暫時無法購買或安裝《天外世界2》」，開發商黑曜石娛樂在社交平台發文表示，「我們正與微軟協力解決問題，獲得進展後將向玩家同步資訊。」
「預裝遊戲今天直接從我的Xbox應用里消失了，」一位玩家回復道，「這怎麼可能?」另一位Steam用戶寫道：「我的Game Pass版本無法啟動。就算已經安裝也玩不了，一直提示無法登錄。」啊哈，這就是雲服務的力量!
此次故障發生於AWS大規模中斷一周之後，當時《堡壘之夜》《羅布樂思》等主流遊戲短暫癱瘓。
截至台灣時間2025年10月30日上午6:01，微軟表示Xbox服務現已恢復正常運行。
