10月14日消息，CDPR為PS5和PS5 Pro版《巫師3：重製版》推出了5.01b熱修復更新檔。更新說明只有一項內容：改善遊戲穩定性，讓玩家獲得更可靠的遊戲體驗。

更新檔發布後，部分等待任天堂Switch 2版《巫師3》更新的玩家表達了擔憂。對此，CDPR在X平台回應：「我們正努力儘快向所有用戶推送Switch 2版更新檔。」CDPR同時向玩家保證，Switch 2版更新檔即將到來。據悉，該更新檔將提升遊戲畫面的清晰度和銳度。

《巫師3：重製版》推出兩周以來，CDPR持續修復遊戲中的各種問題。重製版升級幅度相當大，除畫面明顯提升外，動畫、技能系統乃至部分玩法也經過調整。《巫師3：重製版》進一步提高了遊戲的畫面水準，也為2027年推出的新資料片《舊時曲》奠定了基礎。資料片將加入風景優美的全新區域，提供數十小時遊玩內容，劇情圍繞傑洛特的吟遊詩人好友丹德里恩及其家人展開。
