《羊蹄山戰鬼 完整版》作為原版遊戲的升級版本，整合了全新劇情DLC「弦續關原」與戰鬥生存模式「無盡追緝」，已於10月1日正式推出。
今日，Sucker Punch官方發布公告，確認《羊蹄山戰鬼 完整版》2.07版本更新檔已正式上線。
Patch 2.07 for Ghost of Yōtei is now live. This patch further corrects bugs causing lost or blocked progress in Most Wanted, as well as fixing a bug where players could get stuck on a black screen after certain missions in Echoes of Sekigahara. 此次更新主要針對「無盡追緝」模式中出現的進度丟失及流程卡死問題進行了修復，同時解決了玩家在完成「弦續關原」部分任務後遭遇黑畫面停滯的BUG。
此外，更新檔還修正了部分內容無法標記為已完成的狀態異常，並對其他各類錯誤及遊戲崩潰現象進行了全面修復。
